Before dispatch
Cancel within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund to the original payment method.

After dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. You can refuse the delivery, or if it arrives damaged, use our replacement process instead.
Orders we cancel
Very occasionally a piece sells in-store at the same moment it sells online. If that happens we will contact you within a day, offer you the same design in another colour, and refund you in full if nothing suits.
