You must be at least 18, or ordering with a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

You agree to give accurate, current information at checkout — the name, address and phone number you provide are what we use to actually get the order to you.

A product listing is an invitation to order, not a guaranteed sale — we confirm the order once payment clears, or, for cash on delivery, once we accept it.

We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a piece turns out to be out of stock, if a price was listed incorrectly, or if we suspect fraud. If we listed a lower price by mistake, we will honour it or contact you before cancelling rather than doing either silently.

We sell the same pieces in-store, so stock counts can occasionally be off by one — see the Cancellation policy for what happens then.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST.

We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Where a piece shows a struck-through price, that is the price it was previously offered at.

Card, UPI and net banking payments are processed by Razorpay — we never see or store your full card details. Cash on delivery is available on orders under ₹15,000.

Handloom and hand-blocked pieces vary. Slight irregularities in weave, print alignment and dye depth are characteristic of the craft, not defects.

We photograph in daylight without colour correction, but screens still differ. See our Return & replacement policy for what is and is not covered.

The photography, product descriptions, and the MIRAKI name and logo on this site belong to us. Please ask before reusing them.

Please don't use this site to do anything unlawful, to scrape or copy the catalogue for another business, or to attempt to defraud us or our courier partners.

We may refuse service or cancel an order we reasonably believe involves any of the above.

Our liability to you is limited to the price you paid and, where our Return & replacement policy applies, a replacement or refund. We are not liable for indirect losses beyond what is reasonable for a small retailer to bear.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

If you have a complaint we have not resolved to your satisfaction, write to our grievance officer, Harisha, at mirakicreations007@gmail.com or +91 90104 03007. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

We may update these terms occasionally. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed — continuing to use the site afterwards means you accept the update.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Telangana.
